Complete demolition of existing building to convert from former Tim Hortons to a modern, advanced credit union facility. Complete site package of new asphalt, concrete sidewalks, green space, concrete curbing, fencing and signage. This included site work to install new structural steel canopy drive-thru. Installation of custom all glass wall systems and sliding door fronts of office spaces. This included specialized slider NanaWall in order to separate interior ATM from remainder of building during evening access. Complete custom millwork package specially designed to CFCU service and customer care. This package included wood feature walls and curved wall partition. Specialized colored exterior lighting package to represent company color.
Complete renovation of nine (9) FedEx Ship Centers located in New York City, New Jersey, and Brooklyn areas. These project locations included JFK International Airport and Newark International Airport monitored by the NY and NJ Port authorities. Each ship center had to remain open for business during construction, so we were allowed 4 days to perform the complete project from start to finish. This allowed us to work two nights and one weekend, including all necessary inspections. All project locations were a success!
Interior renovations on both main station building and boathouse. Boathouse interior demolished and reconfigured on first deck in order to facilitate a larger maintenance shop, new bathroom layout, and location to perform their necessary mission. This included two new coiling overhead doors. Completed new HVAC system in main building to include baseboard heating, boiler system and air conditioning system throughout. New finishings throughout both buildings to include carpet, paint, ceramic tile, shower and sink units, toilet and bath accessories. This included specialized stone epoxy flooring in boathouse, dining facility and entire main station building basement.
New interior office space within existing parts/shipping and receiving area. Demo Block openings for new roll up safety door and pass through window. Built new walls to deck with steel studs 5/8' drywall. Rewired new walls and installed new lighting in new drop ceiling. Painted all walls and installed FRP on shop side walls to deck. Installed new steel doors and hardware, and new safety glass windows. Installed new suspended ceiling grid and tiles. HVAC installation of new A/C unit in ceiling. New electrical devices and lighting, and new data lines. Installed new roll up safety door going into mechanic shop.
