10,000 square feet warehouse addition to this manufacturing facility located in Rochester, NY. This Design-Build project included complete Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP design. Construction work included complete sitework package with underground utilities, poured concrete foundations, concrete floors, pre-engineered building structure with metal roofing and siding, overhead doors, and man doors. Interior finishes included interior high bay lighting, drywall partitions, new electrical service, and HVAC air handling system.
10,000 square foot three (3) engine 4.8-megawatt power plant constructed for Casella Waste Systems Inc. in Angelica New York. This turnkey project included complete site package, utilities, CMU walls, bar joist and membrane roof system, as well as interior finishes for office and restrooms. Mechanical work included cooling, lubrication, hot water heating and other related systems. Electrical and specialty piping systems were also installed to complete this state-of-the-art facility.
Office renovation for chemical manufacturing facility to include interior finishes. Existing bathrooms renovated to provide new flooring, toilet and sink fixtures, and toilet partitions. Custom oversized shower stalls with new walls and ceramic tile installed for employees. New breakroom location to include cabinetry, water fountain and sink, and complete interior finished throughout. Installation of new entrance doors with security card access equipment.
Demolished and replaced existing slab to install independent foundation system separate from the main building in order to maintain stability and vibration for new Mitsue Seiki HJ100 machine. Followed stringent requirements for independent foundation and slab to meet high tolerance specifications to include strength and flatness. Provided complete cleaning of existing surfaces and painted entire manufacturing bay (14,400 sf).
