8,000 square feet build-out for this state-of-the-art urgent care facility. New treatment rooms, exam room, offices, restrooms, reception area, and waiting area. All new finishes were used, including ceilings, wall covering, ceramic tile, carpeting, luxury vinyl plank flooring, window treatments, granite counters, and cherry finished millwork. Our work included new underground utilities, electrical service, lighting, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Donor Relations was an interior build-out for new administrative offices to create a private patient support area which consisted of reception area, two separate waiting areas, consultation room, toilet room, private administration office, shared support staff work area, and kitchenette. All new finishes were very high-end, including ceiling, wall covering, ceramic tile, carpeting, window treatment, granite countertops, and specialty cherry finished millwork incorporating the Arts and Craft style; the design is centered on a feature wall which consists of three panels of art glass commissioned by Dr. Burk. Our work included all electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
These facilities were interior build-outs from 5,000 to 8,000 square feet that included secured and unsecured rooms, such as clean pharmacy rooms, lab areas, packing areas, break room, restrooms, and administration offices. Our work included all construction finishes and mechanical systems. The project in Rochester and Albany NY were performed using the design build delivery method, while the project in the Bronx was contracted as the traditional bid build as GC.
Interior build-out for a new pediatric orthodontics dental office located in Victor, New York. State-of-the-art dental offices were constructed including high-end finishes, specialty lighting, and featured glass wall details. Our work included walls, doors, ceilings, floors, millwork, and complete mechanical and electrical systems.
Renovations to a clean room, new rubber flooring, and painted walls. Built small, air-conditioning rooms around two cryogenic compressors, including all associated electrical and mechanical systems.
