10,000 square-foot retail plaza located in Rochester, NY that consists of six new retail stores. Our work includes a complete site work package, parking lot, and site lighting. The building is constructed using a structural steel frame, light gauge framing, exterior sheathing, fiber cement siding, partial brick walls, specialty columns with a standing seam overhang, and a GPS-controlled clock tower.
Retail build-out: 30,000 square feet retail space in the Wegmans Onondaga plaza located in Syracuse, New York. This build-out included new, offices, restrooms, changing rooms, retail area, check-out stations, warehouse storage, and a new drive-thru for donation drop off. Our scope of work included stained concrete epoxy floors, drywall partitions, handicap ramp from warehouse to retail store, automatic sliding donation doors, suspended ceilings, lighting, fire shutter doors, drive-thru canopy, new facade, and all mechanical and electrical systems.
Work on this state-of-the-art fitness facility included renovated men's and woman's locker rooms, showers and saunas, as well as a new weight training and cardio exercise areas. New walls, doors, ceilings, floors, millwork, and complete mechanical & electrical systems were included.
